Harper Kids is promoting its #ReadInFullColor campaign, “a social movement to highlight three special picture books where not only young readers feel relatable to a character or story, but also appeals to adults who may not have felt represented when they were younger.” Jaime Kim’s illustrated title, Where Are You From? is part of the campaign, and can be seen featured in a short animation. Two new books hit the shelves September 10th! Ashley Spires’ Fairy Science, introduces readers to Esther, a fairy who doesn’t believe in magic. She believes in SCIENCE. Ashley Spires’ graphic novel series, Binky the Space Cat, is now on TV! On September 7th, Agent Binky: Pets of the Universe produced by Nelvana premiered on Treehouse in Canada.
