Agent: Lori Nowicki

Constance Lombardo is the author/illustrator of the illustrated middle grade Mr. Puffball series.  Her debut picture book, Everybody Says Meow was chosen as an Anna Dewdney Read Together Award Honor book and included in several ‘best of’ read-aloud lists. Constance gets most of her ideas from talking to her cat and old beagle, Louie, who has been through a lot. They enjoy walking their neighborhood together, admiring flowers and making fun of squirrels. She loves visiting classrooms and has Zoomed far and wide recently, even visiting a class in Dubai. Her hope is to create books that make kids laugh and want to read more books. Drawing with kids is one of her favorite things to do. Other favorites include reading graphic novels, playing Pictionary, and eating chocolate-covered pretzels. She lives in Asheville, NC where there are lots of art galleries, greenways, independent bookstores, waterfalls, and the occasional mermaid.
